Program Management

Goldbelt Falcon offers an array of functional support and analyses including management, budget, planning, systems, resource, organizational, and workload. We minimize program risk with a fully integrated approach to budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning management.

Since 2005 we have steadily grown into a prime contractor that manages a number of Department of Defense and federal contracts.  These range from delivery order size to multi-million dollar projects.  Our trained and experienced corporate staff utilize industry proven systems to manage multiple subcontractors as part of integrated teams.  Our contracts and capabilities are elemental to the (C4ISR) Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, Sensors and Reconnaissance discipline encompassing the technical areas of Life Cycle Support  (electronics repair/maintenance, configuration management, warehousing and shipping/receiving),  Instrumentation and Metrology (sensors, calibration, certification and test), Training, Systems Engineering, and Information Technology.

Life Cycle Support

We are experienced in requirement definition, through program initiation and support, to production, life cycle support, evolutionary program management, and all the steps in between. Our program execution plans focus on risk mitigation and successful project completion. We know that well-defined project planning, through analyses of project technical goals, performance requirements, and system objectives, is the key to our success. We develop the myriad of planning and tracking documents government acquisition requires i.e. Program Master Plans (PMPs), Project Development Plans (PDPs), Business Continuity and Contingency Plans, Team Work Plans (TWPs),etc.

Instrumentation and Metrology

Our Instrumentation support provides on-site non-personal services for processing, inventorying, maintenance, user calibrations, repair, fabrication, installation, modification, design, overhaul, operation and checkout of instrumentation, instrumentation/control systems, controls, equipment and related special devices belonging to or being maintained by the customer. The above systems, equipment and special devices include but are not limited to the following types of instrumentation: electronic, communications, electro-mechanical, electro-pneumatic, audio-visual, electro-optical and metrological. Work must be accomplished on both a scheduled and unscheduled basis. Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratories are responsible for providing calibration laboratory services; modification, maintenance, repair, calibration and certification for test, measurement and diagnostic equipment including avionics-peculiar support equipment.

Training

We are experienced in teaching and training across numerous venues including:

Systems Engineering

We understand that the Systems Engineering process consists of narrowing the possible solutions to a single solution that satisfies our customers need. It starts with the identifying needed capabilities. Customer's needs, objectives and requirements are translated into capabilities, measures of effectiveness, environments, and constraints at the start of the process. We are experienced with the major sub processes of the Systems Engineering Process. These include Requirements Analysis, Functional Analysis and Allocation, Synthesis, and Program Control.

Information Technology (IT)

Goldbelt Falcon develops and manages information system organizations that provide enhanced systems acquisition, engineering and development of data networks. We provide information systems development, information assurance, and information technology support, including providing security management and computer system assessment design, data collection, and technical documentation to ensure compliance. We offer a full range of IT solutions to meet your needs. From software development, to data center management, to enterprise resource planning, we've got the expertise and experience.

Research

To conduct fundamental research Goldbelt Falcon supports the development and application of scientific and analytical disciplines; scientific study and experimentation directed toward advancing the state-of-the-art or increasing knowledge or understanding; concept formulation; assessment of system and subsystem requirements; development, analysis and evaluation of concepts, technologies, systems and subsystems; and development of operational concepts and tactics with the end goal being the application of results to developing new or improving existing war fighting capabilities. As each problem requires a unique solution, our staff has the training and experience to bring a variety of research methodologies and designs to our approach. We have extensive expertise in defining a research question, and choosing an appropriate research design including appropriate sampling and measurement. Employing either primary or secondary data we have extensive data analysis capabilities including co-relational bi-variate, as well as multivariate and/or trend analysis. We have extensive expertise in defining a research question, and choosing an appropriate research design including appropriate sampling and measurement. Our research staff has significant research experience, including design and coordination of national, multi-site research projects. Specific expertise includes research design, questionnaire/interview design, multivariate data analysis and the development of web-based data query and dissemination systems.
