Services in the areas of analysis of performance, design and development of performance support solutions (job aids, training, etc.) as well as the implementation and evaluation of these services and products. Specifically, the execution of the Coast Guard Training System Standard Operating Procedures SOP (Volumes 1-13) require detailed planning, analysis, and execution of the systematic approach to supporting Coast Guard performance service-wide.
