Position: Supply Technician for Maintenance, Repair and Instrumentation Services
Location(s): Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio
Goldbelt Falcon provides on-site services for processing, inventorying, maintenance, user calibrations, repair, fabrication, installation, modification, design, overhaul, operation and checkout of instrumentation, instrumentation/control systems, controls, equipment and related special devices belonging to or being maintained by the Propulsion Directorate (PR).
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Utilizing and operating sophisticated data processing equipment such as personal computers, printers, optical readers and associated computer peripheral equipment.
- Interfacing with other personnel.
- Managing inventory.
- Working with optical readers.
- Updating computer and inventory files, ensuring data integrity.
- Managing the cataloging and property utilization process.
The successful candidate must:
- Be able to work with a variety of customers in a professional manner.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Work effectively within a team environment.
Requirements:
- A proven record of honesty and integrity in all relationships.
- A high school education.
- Two years of experience in the various aspects of technical supply management inventory, working with optical readers, updating computer and inventory files, and ensuring data integrity.
- Specific relevant training and documented skills including the ability to use and operate sophisticated data processing equipment such as personal computers, printers, optical readers and associated computer peripheral equipment.
- Experience and knowledge of Air Force supply policies and procurement system policies, and equipment maintenance data system and some type of equipment pool.
- A working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.
- The ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance.

Position: Administrative Program Manager, Camp Shelby Operations
Location(s): Hattiesburg, MS
Description: Management and Administrative Support
Goldbelt Falcon supports the US Armed Forces with realistic cultural awareness and civilians on the battlefield training at Camp Shelby, MS.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Oversight of program administration
- Supervision of office and administrative staff
- Coordination of administrative processes and liaison to corporate office
- Administration and supervision of hiring, orientation and scheduling functions
- Administration and supervision of time keeping and record keeping functions
- Liaison with subcontractors’ administrative staff
The successful candidate must be:
- Able to work with a wide range of individuals from varying backgrounds and cultures
- Able to work with a wide range of organizations
- Able to think and act with minimal or limited direction
- Capable of making sound decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
- Able to coordinate with and within project teams and among various groups
- Able to develop excellent working relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and all internal functional leads
- Capable of executing projects on time, within budget and in accordance with all contract requirements
Requirements:
- Strong administrative background
- Experience with Human Resource and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and presentations skills
- Professional certifications including but not limited to: PMP, PHR, technical or professional certifications, etc. are a plus
- Knowledge or experience with the US Army is a plus
- A degree is preferred but experience can be substituted
